The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, with two restaurants right next door and easy access to the harbor. The rooms are comfortable, with adjoining bedrooms and some even offer a beautiful view. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place.

I loved nearly everything about my stay but I think one of the main things was the young man at the check-in counter, Matt. All of us we're a little hyped and he was right along with us , answered every question we had and was very sweet. I will definitely come back again.

I couldn't really say there was one thing that I liked best...perhaps that there was a clean bed in the room.

It really wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more boutique-y. But it really was just an average hotel with some creative decorating.

This hotel is in the perfect location for attending events at the Norva. Just a block away, it's so convenient to walk to concerts or shows. Plus, the hotel itself is close to the harbor, between two restaurants, and right in the heart of the action. You really can't beat the location.

It doesn't include some modern amenitites such as guest laundry or fridge/microwave. You can tell the hotel is a bit older (there is some wear and tear).
